Three Bed villa with sea view
Villa Romana is a three bedroom detached villa which is situated in the centre of Puerto del Carmen and only a short stroll from the sandy beach and the restaurants and bars of the resort. The outside space is split over 2 levels and enjoys spectacular sea views. The private heated pool and hot tub is on the lower level. Up a few steps leads to the covered terrace and pergola, with a patio table and portable barbeque for alfresco dining. The pool has solar heating during the Summer and is electrically heated during the Winter months.
Inside the villa is well equipped. It is laid out over one level, with a kitchen that includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also free wifi internet access and satellite TV in the lounge. Hair dryers are provided in the bathroom as well as pool towels. There are three bedrooms all with stand-up fans: one with double bed ad two twin rooms.
