Three Bed villa with sea view
Villa Sancha is a detached three bedroom villa situated next to the golf course in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura. The villa is a short drive from the nearest sandy beach and resort centre.
There is a large electrically heated pool, which is surrounded by gardens and a sun terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers, a barbeque, patio table and chairs. There is also a roof terrace which enjoys views golf course and sea views. Also a fenced games room is a special feature with giant chess, draughts and connect, as well as a pool table and covered seating area.
The villa is laid out over one level with an open plan living area and separate kitchen and laundry room. There are three bedrooms, all of which have fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other 2 have two single beds each. All the windows in the villa have mosquito screens and there is also optional internet access.
