Villa Simone is a fantastic six-bedroom four bathroom villa, which is situated in the heart of Playa de las Americas, just a stone's throw from Parque Santiago II and all the beaches, restaurants, and shops. The villa also enjoys amazing sea views.

Outside there is a private pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a garden with a patio table and chairs under a large sun awning. A comfortable seating area is also provided where guests can relax.

The lounge is comfortably furnished with several sofas and armchairs. There is also a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a large dining table and chairs for up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine, and 2 large fridge/freezers, as well as all the usual kitchen equipment that you would expect from a quality holiday villa.

There are six bedrooms including two double rooms and four twin rooms and four bathrooms including one ensuite.

Location

It is a fairly quiet area as it is not next to any bars or restaurants where you normally get some noise, but it's still located within walking distance of them.

Security Bond

A refundable security bond of 700 euros is required by the owner. This will be refunded back to guests after the holiday providing there are no breakages.
