Villa Susan is a modern and comfortable 3-storey villa. Main floor comprises a large spacious living room with comfortable setees and TV, dining area, fully equipped open type kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are also 2 terraces – big main terrace features outside huge dining table, heated swimming pool and sun deck with sun loungers. Back terrace with cozy coffee table. The top floor consists of master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and huge sun terrace with great ocean views. On the ground floor there is another living room with sitting area and TV, play area with tennis table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are also utility room, laundry room and private garage.
