Villa Suzi is a luxurious villa with a private heated pool and sun terraces with magnificent sea views. It is a detached villa with four bedrooms. It is situated in an exclusive area of Torviscas, nicknamed "Millionaires Row", a quiet residential area, which is only 10 minutes from Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos and Bahia del Duque.
The villa is ideal for a relaxing family break and is perfectly situated to explore all of the south coast. It has been furnished and finished to a superbly high standard this really is an stunning villa in a superb location.

Changeover day
Villa Suzi will not be available prior to 3pm on day of arrival unless previously agreed with owner. Check out time is 11.00am on departure day unless previously arranged. We will try and accommodate late departures.
Accessibility
The villa has a first floor double room with accessible shower room, Ramps to the swimming pool. First floor is all level access. Steps to first floor may restrict wheelchairs.
Outside
The villa has large spacious sun terraces with 8 sun loungers to relax in the sun. Alfresco dining in comfort, Canarian bbq.
