Three Bed villa
Villa Tatiana is a beautifully decorated and furnished, situated in the Puerto del Carmen resort in Lanzarote. In an excellent position, it is in walking distance of both the Old Town with it's harbour and restaurants as well as the golden sandy beaches of the New Town. We also offer another nearby villa for larger families.
Outside the villa has several partially covered terraces with a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining. Additionally, there is an electrically heated pool and hot tub on the sun terrace which is furnished with ample sun loungers.
The living area is open plan with sofas, dining area and kitchen and there are several patio doors which lead out to the terrace and provide a lot of light. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with patio doors leading out to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a family bathroom.
