A small deposit is required at the point of booking and the remainder of the booking fee is payable directly to the owner or the owners representative on arrival

Position of Apartment
It is one level lower than pool level with garden and small sea view. From the complex entrance the pool level can be accessed via one flight of stairs or via a lift.
Security Bond
A refundable security bond of 100 pounds or euros is collected by the owner on arrival and refunded back to clients before departure.
