Changeover Day
The changeover day is flexible. Access to the property is at 1pm and vacation of the property is by 10.30am.
Cleaning/Linen/Towels/Maid Service
Maid and laundry service is weekly and linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not supplied.

Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven with separate hob, extractor fan, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/board, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Living area
Spacious lounge/sleeping area complete with two single beds, one sofa bed sleeps 2, Flat screen TV with international cable reception, DVD player, occasional tables, double wardrobe with drawers and full length mirror. The apartment also has a hair dryer.
Outside
A large private covered balcony, extending the entire length of the apartment, can be accessed from the lounge by two double georgian patio doors. Table and 4 chairs. First class view over the sub tropical gardens. A short flight of stairs takes you to the spacious, private roof terrace which offers further enjoyment of the stunning views and has a table and two sun loungers.
