Changeover
Changeover days are flexible to allow clients to arrange cheaper flights and allow flexibility. Departure day is 10am and arrival day is 4pm subject to whether the apartment has been booked back to back.
Cleaning/Linen/Towels/Maid Service
Linen and bath towels provided and is changed weekly. Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels.
Kitchen
Larger than average quality kitchen with granite work surfaces, fitted oven, ceramic hob (4 rings), fridge/freezer, fitted microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all the usual utensils.
Lounge
Leather White sofas, coffee table, 40" digital flat screen smart colour TV with English channels inc BBC, ITV 1+2, books. Patio doors lead onto terrace.
Security Bond
The owner requires a security bond of 132 euros. This is refunded back to guests after the holiday.

Large terrace with Table and chairs for you to enjoy breakfast and your meals outdoors
Utility Room
Mop, bucket, sweeping brush, dustpan, clothes pegs and airier kept in storage compartment on terrace.
