Review
The apartment is in an exclusive complex. Very quiet with lovely heated pool. It has a huge outside terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, with patio furniture. Apartment is nicely furnished. Only drawback was the bed in the main bedroom, a rather small double! Not too good for the larger person (we are both tall!). Pubs and restaurants all excellent and within walking distance. Much quieter than larger resorts, but still has a little live entertainment in the pubs and in San Blas - parking no problem unlie Las Americas etc. Winnie from Renfrewshire (March 2017)

All linen, towels, arrival & departure cleans are included, additional cleans can be arranged and paid on departure locally. On arrival you can access the apartment from 2pm and on departure vacate by 11am , unless alternative arrangement are agreed.
Important Notes
This is a non smoking apartment suitable for guests of all ages with wheelchair access. Child's car booster seat is available upon request and a large cool box.

Modern Kitchen features built in oven, hob, extractor, microwave oven, tall fridge freezer, smoothie maker, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, cool box and breakfast bar.

on upper level of complex with lift and ramp access, as well as steps

with 2 leather settee’s, wall mounted 42 inch plasma T.V, DVD player, Wii console, chrome/glass coffee table and sideboard housing a Hi Fi system with USB connection, ceiling fan, patio door and main entrance door leading to terrace area.

Separate dining area with glass table and chairs. Wifi connection payable locally.
Outside
Large sunny enclosed terrace area with table and reclining chairs and sunbeds. There is also additional outdoor furniture consisting of a two seater settee and two chairs. We also have an on site private parking space in a secure underground car park. The shared swimming pool is heated and there is also a smaller shallow children's pool.
Utility Room
with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a separate fully enclosed food storage area.
