Final Clean
A charge of 80 euros is required in cash on arrival for the final clean.

Linen and Towels
For guests staying longer than a week a spare set of linen/towels are left in the apartment (usually in the wardrobe), or alternatively a cleaning service is available for 10 euros per hour, which includes a linen/towel change.
Method of Payment
A deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking fee, final clean and security bond is then payable in cash on arrival.
Refurbishment
The apartment is currently being refurbished and will be available from 26th October 2018 onwards. Photos will also be available from this date.
Security Bond
A security bond of 250 euros is required in cash on arrival. This will be refunded back to clients before departure, providing there are no breakages.
