Four Bed cottage
Cheverton Farmhouse is a lovely four bedroom holiday property in Washbourne, near Totnes. The location is mid-way between the coast and the Dartmoor National Park. It situated on a working sheep and cattle farm, which consists of 190 acres of land. There are opportunities at different times of year to pick fruit and vegetables, watch sheep shearing, collect eggs and feed the lambs.
The cottage is laid out over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, an inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove, TV, DVD player and video player. There is also a large farmhouse kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large dining table and chairs.
There are four bedrooms including two double rooms and two twin bedrooms. One of the doubles has a large wooden 4-poster bed.
