Parque Santiago III & IV are the ultimate and most popular holiday complexes in Tenerife. They are situated in the posh part of Playa de las Americas and are in a fantastic location being right on the sea front. The complexes are located on the border between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos and cover 20,000 to 47,000 square metres. Parque Santiago V was built to offer clients an alternative style of leisure. Families can enjoy a game of mini golf amidst the lovely cactus garden. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes. For eating out in style there are many excellent restaurants serving international cuisine, both on the complex and nearby.

There is also a 24-hour reception and a laundrette, which is situated on Parque Santiago III and is available for use by guests of both complexes.

There are several large salt water swimming pools, one of which is heated from October through to May. They are surrounded by spacious sun terraces, furnished by ample sun loungers and sun parasols. There is a smaller pool for children and the new water slides are open for children under 12 years old.

Additionally, there is a marvellous shopping mall, with many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, which sell a variety of goods including international and Spanish brands for quite competitive prices: electronic and photographic goods, clothes, handicrafts, perfumes and jewellery etc.
