Las Floritas is a very popular, good quality apartment complex, situated in the midst of las Americas which makes it ideal for either a family or a singles holiday. The long swimming pool runs the length of the complex and there are wider sections at both ends which allows for a serious swim. There is also a mini markets, reception, public phones and a pool bar on site.

The apartments are situated only 10 minutes walk from the beach and a host of other attractions. There is a wide selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk including Indian, Chinese, steak houses as well as traditional Spanish restaurants and a whole selection of bars including traditional Irish, soul, karoake etc.

The beach is only a 10 minute walk, where you can lounge in the sun or there are various water sports on offer. Or you can stroll along the sea front promenade towards Los Cristianos, which was once an ancient fishing village. Here you can take trips to see the dolphins and whales or you can charter your own yacht. Or for the more adventurous, we recommend visiting Mount Teide. You can take cable car up to the summit or arrange a hiking excursion. This old volcano is a big attraction for visitors to Tenerife and on a clear day you can see for miles. Other activities in the area include water skiing, walking, swimming, surfing, sailing, golf, fishing, diving, cycling and wind-surfing. Tenerife South airport is just 7 miles away and costs about 20-25 euros by taxi. A car is not necessary.
