La Caleta is a fisherman's village which is very quiet and where you can find some of the best fish and seafood restaurants in the South of Tenerife. The building is new and is located in a perfect area, on a pedestrian street that ends at the seafront. It has a lift and double access through two different streets. It is very easy to park in the area, there is a free parking lot a few metres away from the building.

A car is not necessary. The views from the roof are impressive, taking 360º of view towards the mountain and the sea.

A very quiet place to enjoy in solitude or in good company. The nearest golf is only 300 metres away the apartment.
