Parque Tropical is located at the quiet end of Los Cristianos, just past the Gran Arona Hotel, close to the Guaza mountain and the sea front. It is on the flat and only a 10 minutes walk into Los Cristianos harbour.

The complex features a shared swimming pool and a separate childrens' pool.
