Our Opinion
|
Our clients who book regularly on the Andalucia complex keep returning year on year as it is a great complex with lots of facilities. The apartments are also modern, spotlessly clean and most have really great views. This particular apartment has a large balcony with amazing sea and pool views. There is also wifi internet access available in the apartment as well as satellite TV. The whole apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard in a modern style and also has a washing machine. It is true that the complex is up a steep hill, but that is the reason that the views are so great. And it only costs between 5-10 euros for a taxi down to the sea front. There are also some great restaurants just at the bottom of the hill, which is closer. Facilities on site include a restaurant and pool bar, which our clients tell us are both very reasonable in price. The apartments on here are also very spacious inside and car parking is very easy (nowhere near as difficult as it is close to the sea front) - yet another advantage to staying here. The complex is also very family friendly. There are no rowdy parties or noise at night. The apartment is offered on a self catering basis and the kitchen is very well equipped. But it is worth exploring the wide selection of restaurants and bars available close to the sea front. A lot of the bars offer live music including tribute acts, as well as comedians. The beaches in the area are very fine with golden sand, which has been shipped in (the original sand being black). There are lots of water sports available as well as plenty of sun loungers sun parasols tables etc. The nearest beach would be Playa del Duque or Fanabe beach.

Method of Payment
|
A deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking fee is payable in cash on arrival, as well as the security bond.

Security Bond
|
The owner also requires a security bond of 200 euros (payable in cash on arrival). This will be refunded back to guests before departure, providing there are no breakages.
