Accommodation and complex is very family friendly, with lockable gates at both entrances to the complex. Our patio areas are very secure and child safe. Large rear private patio area with barbecue, outside dining table with seating for 6 people, front terrace area equipped with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers main bedroom has a balcony with views across the Atlantic the property is equipped with a safe.
We do not have preferred changeover day and will always try and be flexible, normal check-in time 2.00pm and normal checkout time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged with management.
The property is suitable for couples, families and senior persons. Free use of safe, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Hairdryer. Electric fan heater. We operate a no smoking policy inside. Ashtrays are provided for outdoor use only. A welcome pack is supplied on your arrival.
The complex is beautiful, there are a team of gardeners who keep the open areas in tip top condition and the pools are cleaned throughout the day. The area is made up of residential and rental properties so has a relaxed and homely atmosphere. There are 275 properties which include villas, houses and apartments all in pristine condition.
Arrecife airport is about fifteen to twenty minutes drive by car. There are ample taxis at the airport. There are several car hire companies that operate from the airport if you wish to hire a car and explore what the island has to offer.
