Key Collection	The owner organises a private airport transfer for customers, which costs the same as a taxi. The driver brings the keys to the airport and escorts clients back to the apartment. Otherwise, a meet and greet can be arranged for a charge of 15 euros (payable locally)
Kitchen	with tall fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, breakfast bar and stools, extractor fan, cooking utensils
Lounge	with L-shaped sofa, large flat screen TV with satellite channels including English
Roof Terrace	with sea view, comfortable seating with small table, sun umbrella, barbeque, sun loungers
Security Bond	The owner asks for a security bond of £150 on arrival, which is refunded back to clients on departure day, providing there are no breakages or damage.
