The apartment is located with walking distance of torviscas and fanabe beaches and the shops, bars etc yet the complex itself was very peaceful. Everything was nice and clean and the apartment had pretty much everything needed for a week’s holiday. However, it would have been nice to have a double bed in the main bedroom instead twin beds but that’s just a personal preference.
Only difficulty we had was finding the actual entrance and the taxi driver wasn’t sure either with the complex being mainly residential, luckily we found a gate which was open so we managed to get inside to look for apartment, however there is no clearly stated entrance or reception area. Otherwise everything else was good and we love the area and have stayed in Costa Adeje many times and wouldn’t have any concerns regarding booking with Holidays 4U again. We had a super holiday in Mare Verde Tenerife, and would like to thank you for so promptly sorting out the few problems we experienced when we first arrived. The new TV was great and had all the English channels. So too were the chair covers and the oven dishes which we have used. We enjoyed the apartment, which had all the facilities we needed, and it was very quiet which is just what we wanted for a perfect holiday. Check In/Out
Check in on your day of arrival is from 3pm on the arrival day and check out is by 10am on departure day. Late check outs can be arranged (depending on availability) for an additional charge of £25.

Method of Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance of the booking fee is payable in cash on arrival (which includes the security bond).

A security bond of £150 is payable. This will be refunded back to clients after the holiday. If the payment has been made by card, it will be refunded to the same card.
