Xmas Pricing

Owner has a fixed 2 week period for Xmas/New Year from 18th December 2015 until 1st January 2016. The minimum rental would be 14 nights and any extra days charged as extra. So for example 25th December 2015 for 2 weeks would be charged @ 2 x Xmas weeks and 1 x normal week or 18th December 2015 for 2 weeks would cost 2 x Xmas weeks.
