Melbourne Cottage is a four bedroom barn conversion situated on a complex of similar properties in the village of Liverton near Newton Abbot. The property has been renovated to a very high standard and provides accommodation for up to 8 people. Larger families or groups can be accommodated. There are many shared facilities including a tennis court and 40 acres of grounds which guests are free to explore.
The accommodation consists of two double and two twin bedrooms. There is an open plan living area consisting of comfortable seating and a dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen area. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom and there is a separate toilet and an additional family bathroom. The outside area consists of a large terrace and garden with patio furniture and barbeque.
