Moonlea Cottage is an impressive, modern and luxurious detached house with six bedrooms which can sleep up to 12 people. It is situated in the village of West Charleton between Kingsbridge and Slapton Sands.
At the rear of the property there is a decked terrace which partially surrounds the house with steps leading down to a large enclosed lawn with stunning countryside views. It is complete with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbeque and there is also an outside games room and a childrens' play area with swings and slides.
There are four double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms over 2 levels, ground and 1st floor. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is also a separate bathroom and toilet. The lounge and kitchen/diner are spacious and both have been equipped with TVs with freeview channels.
