Method of Payment
|
A deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance of the booking fee is payable directly to the owner in cash on arrival

Minimum Rental
|
In July, August, Xmas and New Year, the minimum rental is 14 nights. At all other times, the minimum rental is 7 nights.

Security Bond
|
The owner also requires a security bond of 300 euros (or 400 euros over Xmas and New Year) in cash on arrival, which is refunded back to clients before departure, providing there are no breakages.
