Accessibility	The apartment has only 4 steps to access the ground floor. The complex can be accessed by ramps only. There are 2 small steps on the patio and 2 small steps inside. There is, however, a staircase leading to the bedrooms. Downstairs toilet.
Bathrooms	Upstairs bathroom with full bath, shower basin and bidet. Downstairs toilet and basin.
Bedroom 1	Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables, and ceiling fan, adapters, hairdryer and alarm clock. Leads out onto spacious balcony overlooking beautiful gardens and pool.
Bedroom 2	with king size bed and single bed
Changeover Day	Fridays
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service	Property cleaned weekly including linen and towel change. Not including beach towels.
General	fans
Kitchen	Modern kitchen complete with 4 ring halogen hob, full cooker, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and home from home crockery, glasses and utensils. Iron and ironing board.
Living room	Spacious lounge/diner with suite, dining table and chairs. TV (some English channels), DVD/MP3/CD player with various films. PlayStation 1 and games, ceiling fan. Patio doors with wooden shutters leading to outside garden terrace.
Outside	Outside ground floor terrace with patio furniture for outdoor dining. 3 sunbeds (for apartment guests only). Size of garden is great for young children to play, tiled, safe and suitable for garden toys, paddling pools etc. Very private for sunbathing. The sun is on the garden from 10 to about 6/7 o'clock, then you can finish off on the upstairs balcony until the sun goes down. Pull out roller for shade if wanted. The enclosed gate leads directly out to the large communal heated swimming pool (with kids pool) and gardens. 2 minute walk to the beach and sea.
