Two Bed cottage

Rosalia Cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 people. It has been furnished to a high standard and fully equipped to provide guests with comfortable holiday accommodation. Situated on the outskirts of Torquay in the pretty village of Wellswood, the cottage is close to many beaches.

Rosalia is only half a minute walk from the local shops and 5 minutes from the nearest beaches and secluded coves, and yet is situated in a quiet mews road and conservation area. Ansteys Cove which was once a smuggler's haven, is only 1/4 mile away, and is a shingle and rock beach. Alternatively, Meadfoot Beach is the nearest sandy beach and is half a mile away via a wooded walk. A short walk down the road will take you to many amazing restaurants, including a French and Italian restaurant as well as a delicatessen, delicious bakery and cafe.

For those seeking a more exciting holiday, Torquay, with it's night-life and family oriented entertainment is one and a quarter miles away. The piers and beaches of Paignton and Teignmouth are only 4-6 miles away and are also well worth a visit. The main shops in the centre of Torquay are just one mile away.

Linen and towels can be provided if required for an optional extra charge. Duvets and pillows are provided as standard. There is also a piano available for hire for a small additional charge. As the cottage is in a mews road, there is unrestricted parking outside the cottage.

A security bond of £100 is required at the point of booking. This is refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the holiday. Normally the bond is refunded back to the debit or credit card, which guests have used to pay for the holiday, providing of course that there are no breakages or damage.
