This stunning Villa is a luxury detached and family friendly villa situated in an established and exclusive area of Playa Blanca. The villa enjoys magnificent sea views to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos, from the rooftop terrace.

Perhaps the best unique selling point of this villa and the 1154 square metre grounds is the uniquely designed private solar heated pool, with it's bridges and modern halogen lighting. In the 100sq metre pool there is a child's paddling area and Roman steps. In addition to the solar heating, the pool can also be heated electrically. There are 8 sun loungers and an outside shower with hot and cold running water and security lighting. Leading from the barbecue and covered seating area is an Atrium that has a pool table and outside there are wall, pool and garden lights to add to the ambiance.
