Six Bed villa with sea view
Villa Sana is a six bedroom villa situated in the Playa Blanca resort in Lanzarote. It is in an excellent location as it is only 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. It is a family friendly villa which can sleep up to 14 people (2 large sofa beds in the games room). The owner doesn't charge for children under 12 years old and there are cots and highchairs available on request for any babies in the party. There are five bathrooms, four of which are ensuite. One bathroom has a bath and shower cubicle and the others are shower rooms. The villa is laid out over 2 levels.

The villa has a private heated pool with solar and electric heating (free of charge). The terraces are south facing, enclosed and very spacious. There is also a purpose built barbeque available for alfresco dining and a solar heated shower next to the pool. The villa also has wifi internet access and satellite TV with international channels.

Families with small children will be pleased to know that the middle terrace has a gate to prevent the little ones for accessing the pool area. There are amazing views from the roof terrace, across to Fuerteventura.

The owner requires a security bond of £300. This is refunded back to clients after the holiday, providing there are no breakages and damage in the villa.
