Villa Talulah is a very beautiful and popular villa in the heart of the new town of Puerto del Carmen. Perfect for both families and couples looking for a holiday with everything close by. Although the villa is in the centre of one of the busiest resorts on Lanzarote it is situated in a residential street which is great for relaxing beside the swimming pool. The detached property has been immaculately renovated and is on 2 levels. The living area and one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The living area and all 4 bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. A covered BBQ area is a good area for family al fresco dining overlooking the swimming pool.
