These 2 villas can sleep up to 5 people in each. Prices are based on up to 10 people for both villas. Please also note that a €200 per villa refundable Damage Bond is payable on arrival.

Accommodation Summary:
This unique property consists of 2 semi-detached houses (each with 2 bedrooms) that can sleep a maximum of 8 adults or large families up to 10 (please see breakdown of rooms below). Whether you are a large or small group the houses and grounds are exclusively yours.

Kitchen/Dining Room
There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a door leads you in to the fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, coffee machine & sandwich maker.
Living Room
Comfortable lounge with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas plus an armchair. A lovely feature fireplace with working gas log effect fire perfect for those cooler winter evenings, coffee table, flat screen TV with English channels. Patio doors lead to the terrace area with rattan style furniture, built in BBQ and a table for dining outside.

Parminders A (Lower Level)
Stairs lead down to the lower level where you will find a lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and reading.
Bedrooms
2. Double bed & ¾ Double, wardrobes, sofa. These beds share the same very large room with a curtain separating the two, both with separate entrances. Ceiling Fan.
Bathrooms
2. Large Bathroom with corner shower, toilet, wash basin and washing machine.

Spiral staircase leads down to the lower level. You will find a large wooden dining table with 8 chairs and a lounge area to sit and relax

Accommodation Exterior:
In the middle of the two outside terraces steps lead down to the pool area. The large pool (electrically heated in the winter months) is on the left handside with plenty of space for sunloungers. To the right of the steps is a sunken jacuzzi and a shaded seating area with a table. The pool is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens and volcanic stone walls. There is also a pool table on the terrace.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool towels, soap dispensers and a hair dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Location:
Villas Parminders are situated close to Playa Flamigo near the Timanfaya Palace Hotel. Life in Playa Blanca started out as a very simple fishing village but as Lanzarote has became more popular with tourists Playa Blanca has grown into a thriving and popular resort. It has a new marina (Marina Rubicon) which is host to many top class restaurants and boats, Marina Rubicon is an ideal places to wonder around shopping and have a bite to eat and every Wednesday and Saturday there is a market here. The main attractions in Playa Blanca the nearby beaches. Some of the best beaches in the Canary Islands are just four miles (six km) away at Papagayo Beach. The resort is mainly geared for families and couples looking for a relaxing time either on one of the beaches or wandering around the promenade looking to do some shopping. While Playa Blanc doesn't offer the same variety of nightlife as Puerto del Carmen, visitors can still party well into the early hours in the disco and karaoke bars located at Centro Commercial Papagayo or Centro Commercial Punta Limones. Locals come out to play on Friday and Saturday nights, while the holiday Reps tend to party on Wednesday night. Bear in mind that Nightlife tends to kick-off later in Spain and many bars won't get busy until well after midnight – don't worry though, some of the Disco-bars in Centro Commercial Papayago are open until 6am! Since the resort has a large proportion of self-catering villas and bungalows, there is no shortage of places to eat. The seafront at the center of town is literally lined with restaurants catering to just about every taste and nationality imaginable. If you feel up to it you can even take the ferry to the neighboring island of Fuerteventura. The trip takes just twenty minutes and is a fabulous excursion.

Car Hire:
This is not essential but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.
