Set in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen, this spacious traditional villa is comfortably furnished and full of character. Situated in a peaceful cul de sac the villa is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town and harbour, which has an abundance of fish restaurants and good selection of shops and bars. The new town is only a 15 minutes walk away, where you will find a very fine, long sandy beach. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the nearest shopping centre. Guests enter the villa through the pretty, mature gardens and there is also off street parking. The entrance hall leads to a white, rustic-style, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There are steps down to the lounge area with 2 large comfortable sofas, plasma TV (satellite with limited English channels), DVD player, feature fireplace, wooden patio doors onto the elevated covered terrace. In the dining room there is a dining table again, in a rustic-style, with comfortable dining chairs to seat 8 people. There is also a hostess trolley and patio doors lead out to the pool and sun terrace.
