Villa Naranjo is a lovely three bedroom detached villa with private heated pool. It is laid out on one level and is situated in the Sueno Azul development in Callao Salvaje and is only a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The large pool with Roman steps is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with 6 sun loungers and a sun parasol. There is a covered terrace, with a large L-shaped rattan sofa and coffee table and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a built-in barbeque. The owner provides free pool towels for guests to use. Patio doors lead into the spacious lounge, which has been tastefully furnished in a modern style and consists of 2 two seater sofas, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV with English and international channels, free wifi internet access and bluetooth speakers for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwaser, tall fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The master bedroom also has patio doors leading out to the terrace. There is a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and a chest of drawers with mirror above. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower with double hand wash basin and WC. The second bedroom also has a double bed, chest of drawers with mirror above, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors. The third bedroom which also has patio doors leading out to the terrace, has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a chest of drawers with mirror above and a wall-mounted flat screen TV with English and international channels, as well as fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors. There are fans in all the bedrooms. The second bathroom consists of a bath with shower attachment, as well as a separate shower cubicle, double wash hand basin with mirror above and WC. There is also a hair dryer. Lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females.
