At the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, on the lower level of the popular residential area of La Font, Villa Silvana is well located for the beautiful old town of Pollensa. Accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and decorated in neutral colours both in the main villa, which accommodates six people, and the adjacent apartment, which accommodates a further two. With ample terraces and shady corners, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to outside space and areas to sit and dine, or to simply relax while enjoying the beautiful setting Can Marina affords. It is possible to have pool fencing installed at the property, on request – 7 days’ notice required – at a supplementary charge of 375 euros per week (payable locally).

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Every other day cleaning and towel change, bed linen changed once a week.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night.
