Villa Josefa is a lovely three-bedroom three-bathroom villa with a private heated pool and garden, situated close to the Abama Golf and with views overlooking the lake, Embalse de Abama.

The villa is very well equipped and includes private wifi internet. It is laid out over 2 levels.

The spacious living is light and airy as there are large patio windows. There is an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels and a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen area is very well equipped with a state-of-the-art design and with a breakfast bar with 3 breakfast stools. The equipment includes an oven, hob, microwave, sink, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, and toaster.

The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a chest of drawers, and an occasional chair. Patio doors lead out into the garden.

There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and water heater.

The first bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathtub, double washbasins with a large mirror above, and WC. <

There is a separate toilet downstairs with a wash hand basin and WC.

A grand staircase leads up to the upper floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The second bedroom has a king-size double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lights, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading out to the balcony. The views of the nearby lake are exceptional. This bedroom has its own shower room with a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin with a mirror above, and a WC. The third bedroom has a king-size double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, an occasional chair, and patio doors leading out the balcony. This bedroom also has its own shower room with a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, and a WC.

There is an optional charge of 100 euros per week for pool heating.
