The main house has 2 storeys with plenty of room to fit everyone in the modern lounge with an open plan American style kitchen. There is a dining area which leads to a small balcony with sea views. The villa has IPTV with UK channels and wifi. All rooms have coin-operated air conditioning. Perfect for both families and couples looking for a holiday with everything close by. The villa has a built-in barbecue area with ample seating for alfresco dining. Great location just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Puerto Del Carmen where you can find all local amenities including the main sandy beach, a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping centre. Local mini supermarket for all essentials a short stroll away. The new golf course at Tias is a 5-minute drive away and the old town and harbour are a 20-minute walk.

There are plenty of outdoor spaces for larger parties to escape each other. There are 2 balconies on the first-floor level accessed from the bedroom furnished with tables and chairs. A further balcony on the ground level is furnished with a table and sofas. A built-in BBQ and dining area on the ground level with a table and chairs. The lower level has a terrace for the apartment with a table and chairs and hot tub and built-in BBQ. The pool area is gated with an astroturf surround which is furnished with sunbeds.

There is a safe for guests use and Alarm

Security Bond

The owner requires a security bond of £200, which is refunded back to guests after the holiday, providing there is no damage to the villa.
