Two Bed apartment with sea view

The Los Helechos complex is located in a central location in the Puerto del Carmen resort in Lanzarote. It is just a few minutes from the Avenida de las Playas beach and strip with a wide variety and restaurants and bars to choose from as well as many shops. The complex has a large shared swimming pool with surrounding sun terraces and well-maintained gardens. There is also a children's pool.

The apartment itself is located on the first floor and is accessible via a flight of steps.

The lovely balcony is furnished with patio furniture and overlooks the pool and ocean. A wonderful place for sitting with a drink in the evening to watch the setting sun.

Patio doors lead back into the living room that is comfortably furnished with a 2-seater sofa, an armchair, and a wall-mounted TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a hob, microwave, small fridge, breakfast bar with two stools, kettle, and toaster. There is also a separate utility room with a WC and washing machine. And a tall fridge/freezer is situated in the hallway in an alcove between the two bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and wardrobes.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table with a bedside lamp, and wardrobes.

The family bathroom consists of a shower, wash hand basin, bidet and WC.

Baby equipment is available on request for a small additional charge including cots, highchairs and mifi units.

The apartment is cleaned for guests' arrival. Linen and towels are provided and changed either weekly or mid-stay in the case of holidays lasting 10-13 nights. Please note guests should bring their own towels for the beach and pool.

If there are five people in the party, a z-bed is provided for the fifth person.

A car is not essential for staying in this property, but it could be advantageous for visiting the rest of the island if desired.
