Four Bed villa

Villa Lucia is a lovely four-bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. It can sleep up to 10 people (8 people in beds and 2 extra foldaway beds can be provided that are suitable for children). It has all the modern conveniences including air conditioning and wifi internet. The villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area, but it is only a 25-minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops.

There is a private heated pool (please note there is an additional charge for the pool heating), surrounded by sun terraces with plenty of sun loungers, sun umbrellas, patio furniture, and a covered area with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a built-in barbeque and a pool table available for guests' entertainment. The pool is also gated, which makes it a good choice for families with younger children and there is an outside shower. Also, the step ladder in the photo has been removed and access to the pool is now a lot easier via graduated steps. There is also an outdoor shower.


The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine.

There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan, coin-operated air conditioning, and an ensuite shower room. Patio doors lead out to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower overhead. It also has patio doors leading out onto the terrace. The third bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a security safe, coin-operated air conditioning, as well as a ceiling fan. It also has an ensuite shower room. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, a free-standing white wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. There are also various free-standing fans scattered around the villa.

There are four bathrooms. Three of these are ensuite to the first three bedrooms. The fourth family bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead.

Villa Lucia has good accessibility as it has been laid out all on one level and is situated in a flat area. There is also gated off-road parking.

The villa also has a security safe for guests to use.

Cots and highchairs are available on request for a small extra charge.

The owner requires a security bond of £200 which will be refunded back to guests after the holiday providing there is no damage to the villa. Check-in on the day of arrival is from 2pm and guests must depart by 10am on departure day, unless a late check-out has been agreed. The villa is cleaned for guests arrival. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly or mid-stay for holidays of 10-13 nights. Pool/beach towels are also provided for guests' convenience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Just got back from an awesome 10 days at Villa Lucia. We couldn't fault the villa, it was modern, clean, and pretty spacious, with 3 bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms and another separate bathroom for the 4th bedroom. The terrace area is amazing, with 2 separate eating areas, a pool table, and space in between, all facing the nice-sized pool. There were lots of inflatables, so no need to bring or buy anything extra. The terrace stays in the shade all day and there is plenty of space in the sun around the Pool on the many sun loungers. There is a decent (Samsung curved) TV, with loads of English channels (Sky movies etc). There is also a Bluetooth speaker for music from your iPad etc. Also worth knowing that bath and beach towels are supplied. We found it was about a 25-minute walk to the Playa Blanca beach with all of the restaurants etc. That was with 3 youngish children so could probably be done comfortably in 20. Aqualava Land is about 10 or 15 minutes walk away and we would thoroughly recommend it. Sad to be home now but thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Thank you Karen. Another wonderful stay at Villa Lucia. The villa is spacious with everything you need and the kids just loved the pool. We will definitely be back again.
