Five Bed villa

Villa Macarena is a beautiful five-bedroom villa in the Playa Blanca resort in Lanzarote and can sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children. The villa is located in an excellent area, being only a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre and the Playa Flamingo beach, and it also enjoys ocean views towards the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. The water parks AquaLava and Dino Park are both only 5-10 minutes from the villa. The nearest supermarket and taxi rank is just 100m away. There is also a bus stop within walking distance of the villa and the bus service in Playa Blanca is also very reliable.

There is a private salt-chlorinated swimming pool that is electrically heated. The pool is 8m x 4m with roman steps. It is surrounded by a south-facing terrace with astroturf and sun loungers, as well as a hot tub. The upper partially covered terrace has a patio table and chairs which can extend to seat 12 people.

Inside the villa is laid out over two levels.

Upstairs:

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect from such a high-quality villa, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, and microwave. There is also a separate utility area with a washing machine. The dining area consists of a dining table with 4 chairs and a comfortable seating area with an L-shaped sofa, armchair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and air conditioning.

The guest cloakroom has a wash hand basin and WC.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and patio doors that lead out onto the terrace. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower overhead and a hair dryer.

The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and an ensuite shower room.

Downstairs:

The spacious lounge is downstairs with several comfortable sofas, a 50-inch TV with PlayStation 5, a separate 70-inch TV, and a pool table. Patio doors lead out onto the sun terrace and pool area. There is also air conditioning.

The third bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning.

The fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

The family bathroom has a separate bath and walk-in shower.

The villa has high-speed wifi internet throughout the villa. All TVs are internet enabled with UK channels, as well as Netflix.

There is a security safe available for guests to use. Four of the bedrooms have air conditioning included in the price, but there are also extra air conditioning units available in the living and dining areas which can be used for an additional charge.

The villa is cleaned for guests’ arrival. Linen and towels are provided. The villa has a small clean (floors mopped and bins emptied) and the linen/towels are changed each week or mid-stay in the case of 10-13 night holidays. Pool/beach towels are also provided for guests' convenience.

Guests are required to pay a security bond of £500, which is refunded back after the holiday providing there is no damage to the villa. No smoking and no pets allowed.
