Four Bed villa with sea view

Villa Narcisa is a lovely four-bedroom villa that enjoys wonderful sea views towards the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. It is located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote and is ideally situated within walking distance of the amenities including Playa Flamingo, which is a beautiful and sheltered golden sandy beach with gently shelving waters, making it ideal for families with small children. There is a promenade which runs along the seafront with plenty of choice of restaurants and bars, as well as shops. A wide variety of cuisines are on offer ranging from traditional Spanish to international menus.

The villa is laid out over 2 floors. There are many steps inside the villa, so it isn’t suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues.

The villa has a private pool that is heated electronically during the Winter months from October through to May inclusive. The pool is a good size: 7m x 3.5m with a depth of between 0.9m and 1.5m. There are roman steps. The south-facing sun terrace surrounds the pool with plenty of sun loungers. There is also a hot tub and barbeque along with a patio table and chairs on the upper terrace, for alfresco dining. There is also a sea view from here.

The spacious living room is downstairs and consists of several comfortable sofas, an internet-enabled TV with UK channels, a pool table, and air conditioning. There is free wifi internet access throughout the villa.

There are two kitchens in the villa. One is upstairs with a dining area, and one is downstairs. They are fully equipped and include a washing machine, coffee machine, tall fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and patio doors to the terrace. It also has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a bath with a shower overhead. The second bedroom is also upstairs with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and an ensuite shower room. The third bedroom is downstairs with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading out to the terrace. The fourth bedroom is also downstairs with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning.

There is a separate WC upstairs and a separate family bathroom downstairs with a separate bath and walk-in shower.

For security, the villa has an alarm and also a security safe for guests to use.

The villa is cleaned for guests’ arrival and linen and towels for the bathroom are provided. Pool/beach towels are also provided for guests’ convenience. The bed linen and towels are changed for guests staying longer than 7 nights and there is also a mid-week towel change.
