Five Bed villa with sea view

Villa Valeria is a lovely five-bedroom villa located in the Playa Blanca resort in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. It is very well equipped and has most modern conveniences and facilities you would desire from such a high quality villa including panoramic sea views, a childrens’ play area, pool table and ice hockey tables, a private heated pool, and a hot tub. Additionally, the villa has fast wifi internet access and air conditioning. It can sleep up to 12 people as there are 4 single beds in the 5th bedroom and there are 3.5 bathrooms.

The villa is situated on the Vista Lobos development and is therefore only a 15 minute walk to the golden sandy beach of Playa Flamingo. This beach is ideal for families with young children (as is the villa), due to the gently sloping sands and calm sheltered waters. There is a seafront promenade which offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Also, the popular Aqualava Water Park is only a 5 minute walk from the villa.

The villa has a private pool that is heated electronically during the Winter months (November to April inclusive). It is accessed via Roman steps and has a pool cover. The pool is surrounded by a South facing terrace with plenty of sun loungers. There is also a sun umbrella and an outside shower. Around the corner from the pool there is a childrens’ play area consisting of a Wendy house, a climbing house with a slide, rope ladder and swings, and swing sofa, as well as the hot tub. Both the pool and hot tub are treated with modern chlorine-free water. Steps leading up from the pool lead to a chill-out area with a built-in seating area with cushions, a patio table and chairs and a built-in barbeque. Further steps lead up to a covered terrace with another dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.

The villa is laid out of 2 levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living area with 2 large L-shaped sofas, and a flat-screen 46-inch 3D TV with Playstation 4 and Sky UK channels. There is also fast wifi internet, so guests can stream their own movies. There is also a pool table and ice hockey table here. The villa is really well equipped as far as entertainment is concerned.

Also babies are well catered for. There are 2 Mamas and Papas travel cots and 2 Mamas and Papas highchairs in the villa, available for guests to use.

Upstairs, there is a separate dining table and chairs with another wall-mounted TV. Also, the kitchen is very well equipped including a tall fridge/freezer oven, hob, extractor fan, 4-slice toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher.

The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.

Four of the bedrooms have king-size double beds and the fifth bedroom has four single beds, so the villa can accommodate up to 12 people.

Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom consisting of a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin and WC. There is also a separate WC that has a wash hand basin and WC.

Parking is available in the driveway for two cars.
