Five Bed villa

Villa Santana is a lovely five-bedroom three bathroom villa in the Playa Blanca resort in Lanzarote. The villa is in a brilliant location, as it is only a short walk to the popular Playa Flamingo beach with its gently sloping sands, making the beach ideal for families with young children. There is also a seafront promenade that is lined with restaurants, bars, and shops. The villa is brilliantly equipped for entertainment, both for children and adults. As well as the private heated pool (electrically heated from 1st October through to 31st May), there is also a children's play area, a hot tub, and a table tennis table. Spacious sun terraces surround the pool with plenty of sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The terraces are south-facing and the upstairs terrace enjoys wonderful sea views.

The villa has air conditioning throughout and is laid out over 2 levels. The lower level consists of the games room with a pool table and an air hockey table. There are also comfortable sofas and a large internet TV with UK and international channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Four of the five bedrooms have air conditioning. Three have double beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted into four singles. The fifth bedroom has a large corner sofa. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is an additional family bathroom downstairs and an upstairs guest cloakroom with WC. The villa is also equipped with an alarm and a security safe for guests to use.
