Three Bed villa with sea view

Villa Magnolia is a lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private heated pool located in the Los Gigantes area of Tenerife. Because of its prime elevated position it enjoys panoramic sea views and yet it is only a 5-minute walk away from the village, marina, and beach. The villa is very well equipped and includes air conditioning, fast wifi internet access, and satellite TV (Smart) which includes UK and international channels, as well as a DVD player and a selection of movies.

The villa has been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard with comfortable furniture and quality beds and mattresses. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes granite work surfaces, a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, kettle, and toaster. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and an iron and ironing board.

There are three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms have queen-size double beds and the third bedroom has 2 sets of superior bunk beds to sleep 4 people. So the villa can sleep 8 people comfortably. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and has direct access to the patio and enjoys sea and pool views. The second bedroom also enjoys sea and pool views. The third bedroom has a private patio with mountain beds.

There are two bathrooms, both are equipped with a bath with shower overhead, separate shower, bidet, and toilet.

The villa has a private outdoor heated pool with pool lighting for night-time. The pool heating is optional and costs an additional £125 per week. Outdoor furniture is provided including plenty of sun loungers and a patio table and chairs. The owner also provides beach towels.

Parking is available outside the villa. There is also exterior lighting and a security safe for guests to use.
