Three Bed villa

Villa Jacinta is in a peaceful area of Puerto Del Carmen, yet only 5 minutes from the imfamous "playe grande beach" and town centre, where you will find all restaurants and amenities required. Children can play safely, the villa is very secure with high hedging around the perimeter and a gated entrance. The terraces are south facing, there are plenty of sun beds, parasals and a pergola for those requiring shade in the heat of the midday sun. Barbecue hut available to enjoy dining alfresco. Outside fridge to keep all of your beers and wine cool for your convenience. The villa is well maintained and provides all the home comforts you would expect including Sky TV.

This villa is highly suitable for a family as it is surrounded by a high flowered edge and there are secure gates to property. The terrace and BBQ area is spacious, allowing for many more sunbeds than required and room for children to play safely. The pool is 7 by 4 metres, large for a private pool and the depth starts at 0.75m going to 1.5m, making it safe for small children to play in but deep enough to swim in.

There are two full fully tiled bathrooms suites, An upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs bathroom: bath, shower, 2 sinks, toilet, bidet, both have large mirrors and (shaving and hairdryer points). Downstairs: consists of bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Bedroom 1

has a double bed, single bed settee and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2

has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 3

has 2 single beds.(on lower floor ideal for toddlers wishing to avoid the stairs or more senior guests!

General

Towels and linen included villa is cleaned once a week. Pool is cleaned three times a week.

Kitchen

High specification kitchen comprising of granite work tops, breakfast bar area with stools, full cooker, 4 ring hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board.

Living Room

Comfortable spacious lounge with 3 piece suite, coffee table, TV video, DVD, radiator for winter evenings. Dining table and 4 chairs.
