An apartment in this sought after building, next to Torrecilla beach and all amenities in Nerja. The building also has a community swimming pool and garden area, see picture on the left, plus the services of a porter, keeping the public areas clean etc

Once inside the building, going up approx. 10 steps, there is a lift to all floors and in 2005/2006 there will be disabled access via the garden area. The apartment is on the third floor all apartments are accessed from outside corridors, making it feel less like being inside a building.

Both bedrooms can access the terrace area, this is glazed in for extra comfort and has views to the mountains.
