Five Bed cottage

Rocombe Thatch is a lovely detached thatched cottage situated in Stokeinteignhead in the hamlet of Middle Rocombe, near Torquay in Devon. The main house has three bedrooms and there is a separate green oak detached annexe with a further two bedrooms. There are a total of four bathrooms. There is wifi internet access and satellite TV.

The lounge in the main house is comfortably furnished with 3 sofas and a flat screen TV. French doors lead out to the garden. There is a very large kitchen with all the usual appliances you would expect from a quality holiday rental including a dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, both with 5 foot beds. One of these has an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a separate family bathroom.

The separate annexe has a kitchen/diner on the ground floor as well as a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor there is a lounge with French doors which lead out to a decked patio area with a bench/table for sitting out and relaxing. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor.

The grounds are extensive with a large lawned garden with sitting out areas.
