Two Bed cottage
Sage Cottage is a two bedroom holiday cottage situated in a quiet village of Marldon, which is just 2 miles from Paignton, where guests will find the nearest sandy beach. It is one of 2 barn conversions and is opposite the owners' own home. There are therefore some shared facilities such as a laundry room and a pretty courtyard with pond and fountain.
The inside of the cottage is well laid out and is all on one level, which makes it a good choice for anyone with walking difficulties. The living area is open plan with comfortable seating and a freeview TV and DVD player for entertainment. There is also a dining area and small kitchen with dishwaser and microwave.
There are 2 bedrooms: one double room with a 4-poster bed and a twin room. For larger parties, we can offer both cottages together for up to 8 people. Regrettably, the owner of this cottage does not allow pets.
