Airport Transfer	Owner offers guests an airport transfer. The driver would bring the keys to the airport and take the guests back to the apartment. The price for this would be 30 euros from Tenerife South airport and 100 Euros from Tenerife North airport (payable locally). Please advise if you would like to accept this service.
Balcony	double balcony off lounge and bedroom, with sofa and mosquito net, patio table and chairs, sea view
Bathroom	with bath/shower, wash hand basin, bidet, WC, laundry basket
Bedroom	with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes, chest of drawers, patio doors leading out to balcony
Final Clean	50 euros
General	wifi internet access, penthouse apartment, linen and towels provided
Kitchen	with tall fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave
Lounge	with L-shaped sofa bed, coffee table, satellite TV with international channels including English, dining table and chairs, patio doors leading out to balcony
Method of Payment	A small deposit is required to book and the balance of the booking fee is payable directly to the owner on arrival, along with the final clean charge.
Security Bond	There is a security bond of 100 euros, which is refunded back to guests before departure.
Shared Facilities	pool, sun terraces, sun loungers, tennis courts
