Balcony	Patio doors lead out onto the balcony with stainless steel framed patio set comprising table and four white rattan chairs with padded seat cushions. The views overlook the Atlantic Ocean, the Torviscas area and out over Las Americas.
Bathroom	Leading off the entrance hall is the fully tiled bathroom with glass screened shower enclosure and contemporary suite. Dark, glossy wall mounted bathroom cabinet for storing toiletries and all fittings and accessories are in chrome. Bathroom suite comprises sleekly shaped toilet and shallow rectangular washbasin with lustrous, deep pull-out drawer built in beneath, which matches bathroom cabinet. Large mirror over the washbasin with accessible plug socket for hairdryer, electric razor, hair straighteners etc.
Bedroom area	Leading on from the entrance hall is the sleeping area with white faux leather double bed. Either side of the bed is a 3-drawer bedside unit with reading lamp and a single fitted wardrobe, each with a mirrored door. Bedroom furniture is all in white except the two contrasting black ‘floating’ shelves above the bed and modern black and white wall light. A tall, chrome hat stand in the corner of the room provides extra hanging space for jackets or robes. A waist-high ascending wall separates the sleeping area from the rest of the apartment.
Dining area	The dining area has modern black dining suite comprising square table with rounded corners and four diner style black chairs, perfectly shaped to slot in around the table. Striking pieces of abstract wall art use a fusion of black and white, again with a splash of lime green, blending perfectly with the large glass vase artistically filled with tall dried twigs and grasses of the same colours.
General	This ultra-chic studio apartment has been refurbished to the highest specification and with the most stylish of furniture and appliances. The whole apartment has a futuristic black and white theme flowing throughout, with lime green art and accessories creatively adding splashes of colour here and there.
Kitchen area	Opposite the dining area is the fully fitted kitchen with an array of high-gloss white lacquered units, black and white tiled splash-backs and granite worktop. Facilities comprise large American-style fridge freezer in stainless steel with matching integral microwave above, 2-ring ceramic hob with extractor hood and light, kettle, toaster and a wealth of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Lounge	The voguish lounge area has 3-seater black and white sofa with scatter cushions and black textured rug in front. Opposite sofa is wall mounted LCD TV with UK satellite channels. Beneath the TV is a long, high-gloss black unit comprising cupboards and drawers with slim-line chrome handles. Above the TV is a long wall mounted unit in the same stylish finish, and decorated with various black and white accoutrements.
