One Bed cottage
Spring Cottage is a charming one bedroom thatched cottage, situated in a tiny hamlet (with just 3 houses) near Roadwater and on the edge of Exmoor National Park and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is formed from the wing of the owners own home which is 16th century listed property and therefore retains many original features such as an inglenook fireplace and beamed ceilings. The cottage is 4 miles from the nearest shop, but only 1.5 miles from the pub.
The cottage is laid out over 2 levels. Downstairs there is the living room with beams, a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with beams and a kitchen.
The owners allow a maximum of 2 pets.
