COVID-19 Test
The Canarian government require guests to get a COVID-19 negative test, not older than 72 hours before check-in. Please arrange this and send me the result.

Method of Payment
A small deposit is required to book the apartment and the balance of the booking fee is payable directly to the owner on arrival.
Security Bond
The owner asks for a security bond of 100 euros or pounds to be paid on arrival and refunded back to clients on their departure day, providing there are no breakages.
